Introduction
Welcome!I obtained my PhD in Electrical Engineering at the ARC Centre for Complex Dynamic Systems and Control (CDSC) in the University of Newcastle, Australia, under the supervision of Prof. Graham C. Goodwin and Dr. Daniel E. Quevedo.
Currently, I am working with the Wireless Communications Reserach Group at Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, in Valparaíso, Chile.
During the last years I have also worked with Eduardo I. Silva, Prof. Arie Feuer, Dr. James Welsh and Dr. Jan Ostergaard , doing research in Signal Processing, Control Theory and Information Theory. Some specific research topics include:
Quantization of frame expansions, noise-shaping and predictive quantizers (including Sigma-Delta and DPCM converters),
sampling, and networked control systems.
At present this site only contains my list of publications (most of them downloadable) and some of my unfinished musical works
